"The neighborhood is great. I love the fact that the apartments are centered in the heart of Ashland. Walking distance to most shopping outlets, and not too far from Virginia Center Commons Mall. The landscaping is gorgeous and far above par. The apartments themselves are a bit older, but have been maintained well, and any requests made by residents are promptly answered by the office and maintenance, which is a big plus!"

"My family has lived at Ashland Towne Square since 2010 and I have no desire to move to any other apartment. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly, and very professional, any time we have experienced a problem they have responded to it immediately and have always solved it to our satisfaction. The apartments are quiet, though you will hear children laughing and playing occasionally."
